We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and providing them with detailed information on how their information is used and protected. This policy is effective as of date of first published and any update becomes effective as of the Last Updated date as referenced herein.
This Privacy Policy describes how Cuffie Industries LLC and its affiliates (collectively "SageKin," "we," "our," or "us") collect and process your personal information through our website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Services"). Any capital words not defined but included in this privacy policy shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use. By using SageKin's Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Services.
Our commitments to you: We do not sell your data. We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not share it with ad platforms. We never share your information with insurers for underwriting or pricing. We never share your information with employers for employment decisions. Anything you share with a care team is started by you, and you can stop it.
II. Health Information
The Platform does not maintain or store Protected Health Information ("PHI"), as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). If you choose to provide personal or health-related information to an independent medical practice or health care provider through the Platform, the Platform facilitates the transmission of that information but does not receive, maintain, or transmit it as a business associate or in connection with a HIPAA-covered transaction.

Information You Disclose.

X. Accessing/Deleting Your Personal Information
You may be able to update, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. We may not be able to delete your information, personal or otherwise, without also deleting your account, and we may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

We keep your information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws.
XII. California Residents
Consumers residing in California are afforded certain additional rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended. If you are a California resident, and if the CCPA applies to us, you have certain rights and can make certain requests regarding your personal information. We will fulfill each of these requests to the extent required and permitted by law. Additionally, we have adopted reasonable security measures to protect such information.
We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. If you are a California resident, the rights referenced in this section may apply to you at such time that we become subject to CCPA. Currently, we are not subject to the CCPA. At such a time that we become subject to the CCPA, updated terms will be posted to this policy.

Responding to Requests. We are required to respond to your requests without undue delay but within 45 days of receipt of your request. Depending on factors such as the type and complexity of the request, if we notify you within the original 45 days, we may extend the time for response once for an additional 15 days.
- If we decline to take action regarding your request, we must notify you without undue delay, but within 45 days of the receipt of the notice and provide information on our appeal process. We are required to provide justification and provide information on the appeal process within a reasonable time after the communication of the decision to decline.
- You can request information free of charge twice per year. For a third or subsequent request within a 12-month period, depending on your state of residence, we reserve the right to charge a fee for our provision of your information.

If your request to exercise your rights is declined, you may appeal the decision by contacting us either by email as designated herein or by following the process on our website.

- If you choose to contact us directly by emailing us as designated herein, you will need to provide us with:

XIV. The Collection of Minor's Data
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use the Services, as provided in our Terms of Use. The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 18, we will delete that information and close the associated account.
